Wedding planning can become complicated, which is why we like to keep things as simple as we can! When you host your wedding at Bell Tent Glamping, you’ll receive exclusive hire of the entire site for 2 nights, meaning you and your guests have plenty of time for both celebrations and unwinding. How you choose to use the venue is entirely your choice; you have total freedom over everything from catering to decor.

The magic of any wedding really comes from adding a personal touch. Why not personalise your wedding with our cocktail bar and marquee hire? Our 52ft x 26ft Marquee (inc. power,
lighting and picnic tables) creates the perfect space to gather guests for a sumptuous wedding breakfast or late-night boogie! Meanwhile, our staffed cocktail bar stocks up to 10 cocktails and a range of wines, beers, spirits, mixers and soft drinks, to create the ultimate fuss-free party atmosphere. Q: Can I get married on the premises?
A: Yes! The Chapel located in the park holds a marriage license, meaning you can get married at Bell Tent Glamping for just £500 (30 people max. and must be booked through Royal Victoria Country Park). Alternatively, you can make arrangements to get married at the Chapel, or further afield in Southampton.
Q: Can I bring my own food?
A: Absolutely. As you have exclusive hire of the venue for your special day, the sky is thelimit when it comes to catering options. Some options previous guests have picked include hiring food trucks, cooking up their own BBQ’s and even putting on a spread from the likes of Costco! Feel free to ask us for advice, we’d be happy to help.
Q: Do you work with recommended suppliers?
A: As a small business ourselves, we are passionate about supporting other small businesses. We are more than happy to chat through your wants and needs and recommend trusted suppliers that we’ve worked with before, but you’re not obligated to use them. Your wedding, your choice.
Q: Can we have a live band/bouncy castle at our wedding?
A: You certainly can! Almost anything is possible, all we will need is a copy of the company’s insurance. Please get in touch to discuss the any requirements
Q: We’d love a champagne reception when guests arrive, can that be arranged?
A: Absolutely. We are happy to provide a champagne reception for your wedding. There’s no corkage fee here, the only cost you’ll pay is for the champagne itself.
Q: We would like to invite more guests, can you accommodate?
A: There is an adjacent camping field that you may be able to hire (we must confirm this with the council on an individual basis). It's a minimum of £250 hire and a cost of £15 per tent or campervan per night.
